As happy as I am to be home, I'm feeling the need for a blast of the tropics right about now. Drink this and you’ll get a lovely glow without having to subject yourself to any of those harmful UV rays.  Papaya is packed with antioxidants and great for digestion so you’ll truly be doing your body some good. Add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder and call it breakfast.

makes one serving

1 cup coconut milk

1 frozen banana

½ ripe papaya, diced

a squeeze of lime juice to taste

ice cubes

Whiz together in a blender and serve.
