Terms and Requirements
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit ($100 for 3-day modules and $500 for programs/retreats that are a week or longer) is due at time of registration. The final balance is due no later than 60 days before the first day of the training/retreat. If the final payment is not received by this time, Lara Heimann and YogaStream reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking deposit. We accept checks and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) for payments. There is no service fee for paying
If cancellation is made at least 60 days in advance, all monies received from the participant will be refunded less the booking deposit. No credit or refund is available for cancellations made within 60 days of the start of training, or if the participant does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.
Lara Heimann and YogaStream strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
Assumption of Risk
Lara Heimann and YogaStream are dedicated to ensuring the safety of all participants; however participants must assume the risk inherent in travel including those from weather, wildlife or other force majeure.
The participant confirms that he/she has no physical conditions or medical precautions that would adversely affect his/her ability to take part in the yoga program or other physical or cultural activities offered.
The participant fully understands that his/her participation in the yoga program or other activities could be injurious to his/her health. The participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to such activities and releases YogaStream from liability for
