200-Hour Teacher Training



This 200- hour Yoga-Alliance certified training begins with an eight-day immersion, delving into functional anatomy and movement interwoven with yogic philosophy. Each morning begins with a theme- based, two-hour yoga practice, followed by lessons in anatomy, methodology, and philosophy. The remaining weekends will build and layer on the immersion foundation, furthering your personal practice and preparing you to teach other populations. 


Immersion: July 20 - July 29 (Friday, July 20: 6-9pm; Saturday July 21 - Sunday July 29: 9am-5pm)

Weekends: August 10-12, September 7-9, September 21-23 (9-6pm)

(Thursday Evenings: August 9, September 6, September 20 from 6-9pm)

Your training takes place in a beloved, progressive, and thriving college town within an hour from New York City and Philadelphia. Tree-lined streets are filled with restaurants, hotels, and shops, keeping this pedestrian town bustling. It is definitely an easy town to navigate without a vehicle.

YogaStream Studio

The training will take place at our home-based studio, located on 281 Witherspoon. Parking is available on the street and in the parking garage behind the building. We offer amazing vegan fare in the studio, so you never have to venture far! The studio is walking distance from the epicenter of town, where you can find other food options, shopping, and accommodations.

Accommodations are not included in your training, but we are happy to make suggestions about nearby places to stay if you need lodging.  Just let us know!
